Arty Beanz was founded a year ago out of my passion for art and creativity as a form of escape.

 I’ve spent every day since I was four immersed in art, and I wanted to share that experience with others. 

What started as a small initiative for children has grown into something truly special. Watching artists of all ages gain confidence, build friendships, and develop their creative skills has been incredibly rewarding. 

But Arty Beanz is more than just art—it’s about bringing people together, encouraging them to step outside their homes, and finding freedom in creativity. 

I believe art can be a person’s wings, lifting them beyond their worries and helping them express themselves in ways words sometimes cannot. 

Beyond Arty Beanz, I’ve dedicated myself to building spaces where people can connect, heal, and grow. 

As a mother of five, including a disabled son who requires extra care and support, I know how important it is to have outlets for self-expression and community. Life can be overwhelming, but creativity and human connection can be powerful tools for resilience. 

I run several community art and social groups that cater to different needs

• : Beanz Brigade Club: The girls’ group loves diving deep into their art, focusing for long periods, but they always look forward to tuck shop time.
•  Boyz Beanz, on the other hand, is like night and day—fast-paced, active, and thriving on short bursts of attention. Funny enough, they love the tuck shop just as much! 
• Home Ed Group: This group takes a different approach, focusing on educational enrichment. We introduce children to the history of art and various art movements in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. 
• Tesco Community Room Group: This space is dedicated to retirees who, after the mental toll of lockdowns, are looking to regain social skills and reconnect with others. Through art and crafts, they work on projects together and frequently showcase their work, proving that creativity has no age limit. 
•  Chess & De-Stress, I’ve created a welcoming space where men can unwind, play chess, paint, and connect over a warm cup of tea. 

These projects all share a common thread: they give people a sense of purpose, belonging, and the freedom to express themselves.

 I love working with people of all ages and generations, creating environments where creativity becomes a bridge between individuals and their communities. Whether through art, mental health support, or hands-on community projects, my goal is to inspire, uplift, and help others find their own creative escape.
