Collected Personal Data

In all cases we will collect some personal information regarding health and safety, policy and procedures.

All information that is retrieved off parents or service users, shall be paper format and shall be destroyed within 3 months of inactive use of services.

Purpose of collecting data

All data that is collected is for following,

1. Policies and procedures that have been written for the appropriate sessions, 
2. The data would include, emergency contact details for the child or service user, 
3. consent for first aid, 
4. consent for photography to be used in the media etc.
